What does "Next Big Step" mean?

Next Big Step (NBS) is a workforce development program focused on helping ThrivePoint High School students research career options, choose a direction and acquire the training needed to start their career upon graduating high school in Arizona. It is the framework for everything we do to service students. In short, it's what we are all about at ThrivePoint.

As a collaborative effort, campus and district staff members will partner with the business community in the Phoenix Metro area and the surrounding cities, to provide speakers, organize community events and arrange for career-focused field trips.
